The unique feature of this concept enables the user to preserve the original rear mudguard. Where as some manufacturers rely on the cutting down of the rear mudguard to hold the battery and toolkit, TCP has developed a more complete solution, avoiding any cutting and therefore saving fitting time.

No modification, alignment or drilling is required.

This system consists of two separate plates. Just disassemble the original rear mudguard and in its place, secure the inner plate (satin black) designed to accommodate the battery, the CDI, the tool kit and the complete original electrical harness, then secure the second painted and lacquered plate that forms the visible part of the undertray assembly.

All our undertrays are developed according to this concept and are also designed to allow preserve the original indicators if required.

They are delivered painted and lacquered to the original manufacturer's colours and supplied with the fitting kit and assembly instructions.

They are German TÜV approved and are accompanied with an ISO 9002 Quality label.

TCP Racing Crash Protectors have been developed in co-ordination with our body parts department (for current models) and are designed to perfectly and quickly adapt to TCP Lower Fairings and TCP Belly Pans without any modification such as drilling and/or cutting of the paint and varnish, thus avoiding paint and varnish chipping when washing the motorcycle with high-pressure jet.

They are made of a high-resistance polished aluminium plate and a nylon guard (that can be replaced in case of a fall).

They can be installed at any time with or without TCP Lower Fairings and TCP Belly Pans.

These are delivered in assembly kits along with assembly instructions.

PLEASE NOTE:
TCP Lower Fairings and Belly Pans equipped with Crash Protectors are only guaranteed when TCP Crash Protectors are installed.

Therefore, check that only with Crash Protectors made by TCP are assembled. No guarantee will be available in case of an assembly type other than TCP .

Each TCP item is delivered complete, painted and lacquered with a Polyurethane paint to the motorcycle manufacturers original colours.

Each TCP item is delivered complete with its specific black epoxy assembly kit, stainless steel fasteners (according to model) and English assembly instructions.

TCP Rear Huggers and Undertrays are developed to be fully compatible.

PLEASE NOTE:
No guarantee will be available in case of each of these item is assembled with a type other than TCP.
